EMBODIED REST FOR MOTHERS
Guided by The Seven Layers of Inner Peace™
Helping overwhelmed mothers feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves through the body, and rest into a deeper ground of support.
Many mothers are quietly carrying far more than they realise.
A gentle body-based space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body, breath, emotions, and deeper needs through embodied rest and nervous-system support.
Because the body can only truly rest when it feels safe.
Book A Gentle Exploration CallYou may already know this feeling - of being tired in a way that rest doesn’t seem to touch.
Of carrying so much, while continuing to keep going.
Embodied Rest begins here
What is Embodied Rest?
Embodied Rest offers a gentle, trauma-aware path of slowly returning to the body – where support, safety, and rest can begin to be felt again.
As we learn to stay with ourselves rather than move away from what we are experiencing, the body gradually softens and settles.
Through 1:1 sessions and the Embodied Rest Membership, mothers are gently guided through The Seven Layers of Inner Peace™ — an embodied framework supporting nervous-system settling, emotional awareness, and a deeper connection with themselves.
A gentle place to restore yourself from the inside out, so you can care for your family without continually running on empty.
When we begin to gently inhabit our bodies more fully, we stop abandoning ourselves.
We become more present. - More responsive. - More connected. - More rested.
And that presence becomes the safe ground our children grow from.

Reconnecting with the rest already within you
Many mothers have never been supported to feel safe enough within their own bodies
Over time, the body learns to stay alert, carry tension, and keep going without pause.
Many of these patterns began as intelligent forms of protection, helping us to cope in the ways we knew how.
Through gentle embodied awareness, we begin reconnecting with what has been quietly carried beneath the surface.
Rather than pushing our experience away, we learn how to
meet it with awareness, curiosity, and care.
As the body begins to soften and settle, a deeper sense of support can emerge.
There is more space to feel, respond, and rest.
And within that space, a quiet sense of presence, connection, and inner peace can begin to unfold.
Here, the body begins to feel like home.
🌿How overwhelm takes hold in the body
Motherhood asks us to hold many things at once — practical responsibility, emotional presence, care for others, and often our own experiences that were never fully supported.
When life becomes overwhelming, most of us are not taught how to stay with our experience.
Instead, we rely on protective patterns that were often learned early in life, ways of coping that once helped us navigate challenge, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm.
We push through, analyse, distract ourselves, disconnect from ourselves, or simply continue to carry on.
Over time, what remains unmet is often carried silently within the body.
Shaped through implicit memory and past experience, the body adapts by holding tension, restricting the breath, and staying alert beneath the surface.
Even when there is time to rest, the body may continue carrying what has not yet been fully met.
Embodied Rest offers a gentle way of slowing down, listening, and reconnecting with what has been asking for our attention all along.
As we learn to stay with our experience, long-held patterns of tension can gradually soften, unwind, and release, allowing more space for rest, presence, and ease.
The Seven Layers of Inner Peace™
Body – Breath – Emotion – Belief – Joy – Awareness – Peace
A way of meeting and staying with life through the body, one layer at a time, allowing peace to gradually emerge from within.
A gentle, embodied framework — informed by somatic practice and yogic understanding — moving through your lived experience layer by layer.
From the physical sensations of the body to the deeper patterns shaping how you feel and respond.
A gradual turning inward — from overthinking into direct embodied experience.
Not something to work out — but something to be with.
As you move through the layers, the body and nervous system are gently supported to settle – allowing rest, presence, and a deeper sense of connection to begin to emerge.
As tension patterns soften, what has been waiting for attention can gradually come into awareness.
Over time, ordinary moments of life become doorways to deeper wisdom, presence, and peace.
At its heart, this work is about learning how to stay with ourselves long enough to hear the truth of our own lives.
Here, life is gently held, just as it is.
